Once you have made an enquiry about a particular service via this website, DDM will contact you by email or by phone to confirm dates, prices and any other necessary details, in accordance with DDM's standard terms and conditions of rental, a copy of which appear on the DDM website.

Limitation of liability

DDM's liability in connection with the supply of services to you is, to the maximum extent permitted by law, limited to supplying of the service again, or the payment of the cost of having the service supplied again.

DDM respect the privacy of our customers, agents and associates and protect your personal information. DDM comply with the National Privacy Principals (NPPs) as implemented under the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 ('Privacy Act'), which came into effect on 21 December 2001.
